4th gen LS1. Do yourself a favor, stay away from the LT1.

Oh No Chris, did you catch my bug?

I finished getting the rear seats back in. Looking into a 5th Gen rear seat for it now.

Tomorrow will start checking carb floats.

Ryan, check your PMs.

Chris, one a few miles from me in decent shape for $500ish. V6 with a bad motor. Looks like everything is still there. I was thinking about buying it and turning it into a full on track rat, until I found the bird.

 A few years ago I posted about the same idea for a third gen. Wanted to because almost no one cares about the right now.

Wonder how hard it will be to get someone to fabricate seat brackets for me. I might just take it to a restoration shop when I get the AC done also, and have them fit the seats while its there. Or I might store some in my closet and wait until next year and have them redo the entire interior.

I have loved the 3rd gen since I was born. My grandmother bought an 89 red IROC drop top brand new a month before I was born. I loved that car

I bought this 1986 3 years before you were born. I was 25 (your age now) at the time. My youngest (daughter) was born in 1989, when I was 28. Now my car is 28, and my daughter is 25, does that make me old? LOL

Memorial Weekend, 2014.

I wash and wax my muscle truck after I took the photo for the other ride section. Then it rained. I thought it looked ignored.
