Utilizing The Extra Battery Tray

Has anyone used this extra tray yet? I would like to put a plastic battery box in & use for storage, but the two I already have on hand are for Group 27-sized batteries, and are too big.

I cut a corner out of the hood so my dog can sit there and eat the wind

It catches mud and dust real well gives you an extra place to clean.

 

It is handy to throw the magnetic nut tray on though when I'm working under the hood.

 

Keeps all of the nuts and bolts in one place.

I found it is a good place to mount the flux capacitor.

30 years ago would have been good to put your beer cooler! To old for that stuff now. I just stay home and drink beer! hahaha

My supercharger intercooler reservoir sits there.

I put my change in it since gm forgot the change holder along with the rear heater/cooler vents and decent head lights.

have to buy the center console tray and it comes with the same coin holder gm has used for 20 years ha p/n for the tray 22817343

 

I have this for my 14 and the one specific for my 10 Yukon both have coin holders that you would normally not get
