Junk. It's a resistor that costs less than $1 at Radio Shack that tricks the ECU into thinking the incoming air is cooler. You'll want a real aftermarket tuner if you're interested in power.

I thought so... see a lot of that on fLea bay. I really don't need any changes to my motor, as I see high 19 mpg all the time (best was 26.1 for 50 miles). Did a tune with a 2004 F150 and didn't see enough to compensate for the cost... Since these ECM are getting so smart I will probably never do a tune on my 14 5.3...
