I don't think you want you shit too firm. Could lead to regularity problems.

go to diablewtune and get a custom one, it blows away anything stock on that device. i thought my intune was cool until i got a custom tune, then i realized i wasted time by not getting a custom tune and advise everyone in any vehicle to get a custom tune.

id say the intune gave me a 40% driveability increase and about the same in fun factor. with the custom tune i'd give it a 110% increase. its like driving a corvette in my 6.2

I was planning on getting a custome tune done. Want to try it with the stock canned tune though.

I also run the diablo tune with firm shift but set shift pressures at -1 thru all gears. I found it shifted a little too firm for my liking and is perfect at -1. I plan on doing some logs once it warms up a bit to hit Lew up for the custom tune. Cant wait.

Have any of you had any luck with towing with the tune? I don't want to go faster I want to wake up the motor and get better shifts while towing. Stock is very disappointing!

I tow my 5500# TT with my 14 6.2L 3.73. I use the diablo tune with stock tranny settings. I have used the firm shift tune which I liked for the most part. Works well in low gears and holds gears longer, not so quick to shift. What I did not like was the shifts were a little to firm for me and the truck had a tendency to want to stay in 5th more often on the highway. I'm ok with 5th but when your pulling a refrigerator on wheels I like to get every MPG I can while towing. The 3.73 will allow 6th on flats way more often then my 11 5.3L 3.42 did. I plan to get a lew tune this spring.

How do you get it on 93 tune? I've messed with it a bit tonight and cut out the V4 and put it on the firm shift. Seems to have more pep now and my aFe exhaust sounds way better. Does have a bit of back pressure now. Any way to change that? What else can I change to make it better?
