04 duramax suspension lift

Hi I just bought an 04 gmc duramax and wanted to add a cooler look to it. I'm going to go with either the 6" rough country with 35s or 4" tuff country with 33s. However I've heard some people having their rear ends going because of the change and I was wondering if I have to worry about gearing ?

Remember when purchasing a lift you get what you pay for, but as long as all of your angles are correct you should have no problem.
