Offset is blowing my mind... Another will it fit?

First post.. Ok, I have researched until my eyes have bled over the last couple weeks. I have a 2014 silverado 4x4 crew with 5.3. Aluminum control arms... I just leveled it yesterday with the Rancho QuickLift. I ordered my wheels and tires today. Raceline Raptors 20x9 0 Offset with Cooper Discoverer STT 33x12.5R20 ( I know they run a little short). I am wondering if I should have gotten a +18 offset? I am seeing most guys say they won't rub, but others are saying they will and offset is key? Help! lol

Be close for sure. Ive seen some trucks on customwheeloffsets site running 0 offset on 33x12.5, claim no rubbing.

I looked through all of those and that's what made me decide to go with the 0. Hard to tell who's full of chit. Lol. I don't mind messing with the plastic, but I do not really want to bend any sheet metal or have them rubbing the control arms.

Shouldnt rub the sway bar or control arms. Only place it might is on the liner.

Ok, cool! I'm not really worried about zip tieing the liner or nipping it a bit. Thanks bud, I appreciate the quick reply.

Noway you'll touch the control arms or sway bar. Stock 20's have +27mm offset and just kiss the UCA with a 11.5 wide tire. Ideally the +18 offset seems to clear the control arms and inner fenders at full lock, while sitting flush with the fenders.

You might have an issue with the tires rubbing the liner at full lock but that's nothing a little zip-ty won't fix.. Your tires will probably sit outside the wheel wells though, if that's of any concern to you.
