Yeah, you took delivery of the truck and paid for it. Check your order, I bet they did not order the chrome bumpers, or better yet, they got notice from GM that the option you wanted was not available and it was never communicated back to you.

FWIW, RPO code PDY puts chrome bumpers on a GAT (All Terrain) truck.

No, I have not taken delivery yet and have not paid for it yet!!! Cannot find a better deal than what I am getting so have decided to take it anyways. In the long run probably better for resale.

some people just dont want to rock the boat and fight for what they asked for. dealers walk all over people day in and day out.

 

fyi every vehicle comes with a tank of gas, and the dealers always discount add on items during new purchase. i think i paid 450 for my bed rug installed at purchase. if you dont want the painted bumpers dont take them. they will be full of rock chips in 10k miles.

really come on. Your effort over time and money wouldnt be worth it. What you going to lawyer up on anyways. A truck you havent bought or a truck that you signed paper accepting it and paying for it. No legal grounds for anything.

 

take the truck or refuse it, simple as that. Otherwise Im pretty sure you could find somebody to swap.
