2015 silverado changes corsa sound???

i just did youtube searches and found the best comparison to what i hear on my truck is corsa touring on a yukon 6.0l

I just looked it up, not that impressive to me, most guys on here are running the sport. But for the price you paid, I'm pretty sure the tip alone is worth somewhere around that much.

yes i agree .... for the price its worth it but like i said it is very mellow i woud have liked it to be a little louder more aggresive

this is definitely a mild setup however i will say this morning i started my truck and it is more aggresive than yesterday!

it stays very mild while driving and then when the truck accelerates it opens up a little more....

Right on! I noticed mine seems to be louder after breaking it in a bit too. Increasing air flow into the engine also helped, I put in a dry filter off ebay that cost $20 and I would say its just as good as the expensive brand names.

No real difference in performance, but I got 10.7l/100km on the way home after buying it which is about 22-23mpg. I thought that was pretty good.

200 mile update!!!!!!

 

truck sounds great! definitely got a little more aggrisve as i put more miles on.

 

a side note to add.....i will never go to lous custom exhaust ever again in my life!!!!! their work was horrible. after i crawled under the truck and saw what they did i immediately called them up and called a professional shop in the area. the new shop is RD exhaust in billerica mass. great guy to deal with! they took off the tail pipe from the muffler back and i could see they just stuck 2.5 tubing unbent from hanger to hanger of the factory setup leaving pieces of the factory tailpipe in place and them welding the hell out of the pipe. this was the worst quality work ive ever seen in the automotive world. i will post a picture. soon.

 

they also redid the tip in correct spot and made sure it was level.....

 

i will never use lous custom exhaust again they do not take pride in their work.

Most places will just weld in pieces when removing components. Unless you specifically ask them to fab you up a new cat back.

ohhh i told him i wanted one solid 3 inch tailpipe from the muffler back!

 

now that i have this high quality setup im very happy with the setup! it has much more bark to it!
