2016 power tailgate lock

I wonder how hard it will be to put a 2016 power tailgate lock on a 2014-15?

Not hard buy a POPNLOCK for yours they work great! Fits 2014 or 15

Not easy since it will probably run its power, ground and signal wires through the rear chassis harness and be tied into the BCM.

I just ordred the Pop & Lock I was waiting for the popularity to wear off and for the price to come down. At least on the Canadian sites.

 

I finaly found one for $127 Canadian which is way better than the $189 they had been asking UGGG..... It sucks modding trucks up in the north. ha ha.

Paid $120 for mine at Lordco. Cap-it wanted $145.

Just buy the Pop-n-lock kit. It's not hard at all.

I had a friend at Lordco but she works elsewhere now. Saved me about $200 on a fuel sender for my old Duramax.
