Fresh pics of the new 2016 Sierra SLT Crew Cab

This isn't my truck. yet.

 

I really like the improvements on the 2016 model year but not sure I can justify the upgrade from my 2015. The truck in these pics has the auto locking tailgate, 8 speed trans with the 5.3 V8, apple car play, led lighting, etc.

 

This is the first 2016 to hit our GMC lot. I work at our sister store, Cadillac but I enjoy a nice drive through the truck lot on my lunch hours. lol.

 

 

I wonder if these taillights will connect and fit on a 2015?

It is a nice lookin truck for sure. But based on the sticker price vs the price I paid for my '15, I'll stick with my '15

 

I would however be interested in the LED taillights.

I like it more than in initial pictures, especially the front bumper. Still am not sold on the GMC placement on the grille. I think the 2016 Sierras look WAY better than the Silverados.

Good looking truck! I'm trying to figure out what those 6 trim pieces on the grille are... ??? At first I thought it was some kind of tape, but when I looked closer it's part of the grille. I'm not sure what's going on there; looks a little odd to me.....
