Hello, I am looking into putting a nicer wheel and tire setup on my truck. I just installed a 2 inch leveling kit, and I am about to get 305/55/20r. I think I'm going to get the fuel Hostage with a +1 offset. I want to know if anyone has any problems with this offset throwing rocks and mud, and chipping paint. I like the idea of adding smaller flares, but I haven't seen anyone with fender flares with just a level. All advice is greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

This is my truck with 2.5" leveling kit, add-a-leaf in back, and 1.75" wheel spacers.

Flares are Bushwacker OE Style.

I've gotten a lot of chips on my rear flares with this setup because of how far the tires stick out and not having traditional step boards to deflect the rocks. I drive a lot on gravel roads though and that's where the chips come from.

How you liking the size of tires ? Would you go with the 275/65/20s if you were to do it again?

I've been toying with the idea of getting different tires and maybe wheels but haven't decided yet. I wish I had wider tires but I'm not sure taller tires would work. The fender flare lip where it attaches to the fender takes up a surprising amount of the space between the tire and truck when turning, if I didn't have the wheel spacers if may not be an issue. I'm still sorting all that out. Since I have the 6.2 a 34-35" tire won't hurt me as much in the power area but not sure they'll clear everything

If I was to get different wheels I'd go with a 17 or 18" wheel, I like the look of the smaller wheels as opposed to the 20" and bigger that are popular now. Guess I'm too old! I really like the grey Fuel Anza's but then I'd have my OEM's and BFGs to get rid of so not sure I want to go through all that when I'm pretty happy with what I have.

I hear ya with the 18s look and wider. I just bought a 15 all terrain with the 6.2 and love it just need to get ride of the sra tires (junk). Like the look and stance of yours but think I'm just going with the 2.5 RC leveling kit with the rear block. Just can't decide on size of tire I want to go with, at first I wanted the 275/65/20s then the 285/65/20s for a little more width but now came across yours with the 275/60/20s and like that look. Choices choices

No other pics right now, I'm planning on taking my camper shell off soon now that hunting season has ended here so I will post some more pics then.

Why not? I think the trick is to keep most the tire underneath. Don't go too wide.
