Newbie from Bahrain in the Persian Gulf

Hi Guys,

I haven't picked up my new truck yet (will do in a couple of weeks) but I do own a 2005 Cadillac Escalade.

My name is Adel and I work for the local GM dealership (National Motor Company) in Bahrain as the 'Accessories Executive'. I started 10 months ago and so far I got my hands on a customers 2015 GMC Sierra All Terrain.

I am 90% sold on buying a 2015 Silverado LT Dbl cab, black with Cocoa Dune interior but I dont want it to leave the showroom stock. I am currently talking to Tom from Mcgaughy's Suspension about lowering the car and what restrictions I will face with the Wheel and tire combo I want to go with.

I have been lurking the site for the past couple of weeks reading lots of topics and its pretty cool that I am learning more than our mechanics just from reading the info you guys post on the forum!

Anyway just a brief hello and congrats on an amazing site with some really knowledgeable members.

Thank you!! It is, I get to come up with all the plans for custom cars in the showroom and when I get bored behind the desk I change and get my hands dirty in the workshop.
