2015 Power steering shutters

Is this normal? Dealer stated this should be fine "fluid & pressure changes maybe" if not that the 3 year warranty will cover it should some failure occur so don't worry. The shutter, I and the dealer felt at follow up visit can only be felt at parking speeds. Backing in and out of parking places turning the steering wheel over the full range. It is felt through the steering wheel. There are other questionable quality concerns already searchable here in topics like the drive train noises etc. (I do believe those are typical after reading through many others concerns that are similar on here) I didn't see much on this one though...

I have the same problem with my 14 . I was told by the mechanic that it is a belt driven rack. No pumps or fluid just a belt and electric motor . Problem could be the belt slipping or such & they're replacing the whole steering rack under warranty.

Mine does this. Feels just like many other vehicles I've had with power steering. Sometimes you can feel the fluid pump working through the steering wheel. Assumed it was normal.
