Buy it and you can do whatever you want but it worked REALLY well on my truck......so maybe you just don't know how to use it mjoekingz28

Does this mess with any tuning done after the truck has been lifted? Such as, adjusted speedometer. Does it store your previous settings or factory settings once you switch between the modes?

It saves your factory file so that will never be lost. It then writes a new file weather it be a stock file that has been modified (for tire size difference) or can write a can tune for more HP and TQ, and you can then modify that file for tire size. Very good tuner to do things such as that. I had 2 different tunes that I had modified from the stock Diablosport tune to get more out of it.
