Houston Area HID Help

I was gonna see if anyone in the Houston, TX area could help me with some HID help. I have had issues with them since day one but want outside opinion. I would be willing to pay for the help also. The kit is a TRS Silverado Elite Kit. Thanks

Unfortunately this is the video we used to install the kit. I asked a friend, Mercedes master mechanic, to come and install the kit. He's extremely shocked the amount of issues I've had with this kit.

Being a Mercedes mechanic doesn't really mean anything. Sometimes the smallest things can be overlooked. Check your ground locations and reply back with what issues you are having. Anyone over at TRS will gladly help you over the phone also.

Why wouldn't you just call TRS?

I do call them and they have been great. They send parts but that only patches it for a couple of weeks.

What kind of problems?

First issue was flickering on the drivers side. Second issue was passenger side bulb not turning on sometimes. Now bulbs will turn on and then I will put truck into to drive and one bulb will turn off. It's like chasing ghost

Just stating he was a mechanic to show its someone with experience. I've talked to the and the issue will go away and come back.

you do have the relay harness correct? The bulb sometimes not igniting would be the ballast. I've had a couple retrofitsource ballasts do that in the past.
