Bed Cover

I'm looking to add a bedcover to my 2016 and not sure of all the brands/choices available. I had a undercover on my 2011, but want something different this time. I would prefer the hard material, possibly folding, and leak proof. I'll be transporting musical gear in the bed, so leak proof is important. I would prefer something that not as visible like the undercover top. What's my choices to fit my needs?

Hello,

Please look at Tonno Pro. (tonnopro.com) They have great feedback. Check the opinions of Amazon and come back to us. We will work out the deal.

Most of the tonneau covers all leak a little. I have had the roll n Lock, Bakflip HD with minimal leaking and now I have a BakFlip VP and I really don't think it leaks.

Problem is that I put a tonneau cover on the keep the snow out in the winter, so I don't care if it leaks. The only thing I know of that doesn't leak is a hard fiberglass cover or a canopy. Both are not cheap unless you can find it used, but either is a good quality tonneau

The tailgates let water in. I was able to reduce that with a tailgate seal kit.

This is the area most covers have water at.

I have a Fold-a-Cover and with the tailgate seal I only see a little water right at the edges of the floor by the corners of the tailgate.

Like it was said the folding covers all have a few issues. The real expensive ones canopy ones stay fairly dry but water can the in through tailgate if its coming from the right angle.

Canopy covers really make the bed useless for anything big unless you remove it.

Might want to check out the thread dedicated to tonneau covers...

I definitely like the low profile appearance of the Bakflip VP, but seems to be alot of negative reviews from what I've read. Also, seems the price of the tonno pro hardfold is cheaper than alot of others. Is this due to difference in quality?
