Finally 2016 Silverado LTZ Midnight Edition

After all the talk and all the debate about Tundra vs GM I finally went through with it. 2016 Silverado midnight edition. The interior blows everything away IMO. And that hood makes it look and feel mean. I picked the Silverado because it looks sophisticated but at the same time it will punch you in the face. Future upgrades coming soon. First up K&N 63 to wake that sleepy 5.3l up. I don't know why GM MUFFLES THEIR ENGINES SO MUCH???? I want those cylinders to sing!

By the way, if it makes you feel any better I'm trading in a 2012 Tundra TRD Rock Warrior for my Midnight.

It just is no comparison. I love toyotas they are bullet proof but the mpg is terrible and the interior is dated. The Silverado and Sierra definitely are top notch!

Congrats, GM is the only way to go. IMO K&N is junk "open walled type CAI" are junk and allow too much heat, dirt & water in, get a fully closed box its a DD not a race truck..... yet LOL!

toyotas are not bullet proof, cheap frames and ultra thin metal on the trucks, and for GOD's sake have you seen a toyota owner at the boat ramp biggest bunch of AHOLES on the planet, cant back a trailer up, they never follow boat ramp etiquette (as in they are not ready to launch, takes 20mins???) they use 2 lanes for a 17 foot narrow draft boat. OMG I could keep going it must be a state of mind but they should not own boats or any water craft.

oh yeah I never seen one use a turn signal, I guess all toyota turn signals are broken. Along with always being in the left lane!

Awesome looking truck! There is NO comparison between the tundra and your new ride. You'll know every time you see your truck parked and your walking up to it, it's just a beauty! The MPG is night and day. But one of the biggest factors for me is that the Chevy pick up is an American icon, and you'll never get the same feeling driving a Jap truck. Good choice!

That's too funny LMA off! How about they know nothing about vehicles, engines, maintenance or how to even do anything to the vehicle for that matter if it breaks? They take it back to the dealer like clockwork 45K,60K,100K etc. and pay 2500.00 because Toyota told them...idiots
