First Suburban, First Post

Hi,

Had my first Suburban for a few weeks now and wanted to introduce myself. How did I get here? 3 kids age 6 and under, 2 full size dogs, tired of cramming everything into smaller three row SUVs. Even with two kids and two dogs cramming it all into my old Audi Q7 was tiring.

So, 2016 LTZ Black/Black. 22" wheels, entertainment package with sunroof, max trailering, driver information center w/HUD, adaptive cruise, black bowties front and rear.

Overall very happy. Mileage is better than anticipated, did a 200 or mile run last week with a mix of 60 and 70 mph zones setting the cruise 5 over on both and it returned 21.9 mpg. The around town mix seems to be around 17 mpg. The lane keeping feature I thought I would hate but love. Apple CarPlay is nice for keeping my eyes on the road.

Welcome, i had a 01 for 13 yrs and over 300k on clock. After the 3rd kid and no room in the traverse.l upgraded to a 15 lt with rear entertainment pckage. Love the truck, on e85 70mph hwy ive seen 21mpg.
