Frame wax coating material for touch ups?

Hello,

 

My 2014 GMC Sierra SLT has a wax coating on the frame to prevent rusting. It has been doing great until today when I took it into to get a tire rotation. The lift scratched the wax in four spots when it made contact with the frame. It now has exposed bare metal that will be rusting in no time. What can I put on this to prevent? Any aftermarket wax? It seems like I read on one of these forums someone had found something? I called 3 dealerships and they said they don't sell it. They said if I had an extreme case of wax peeling blah blah blah One GM parts guy said to go to auto store and get some underbody frame protective spray. Not so sure about that. Any ideas? I thought about Vaseline or grease of some sort. Thanks for any good advice!

I forget the exact name but NAPA sells it, I think it's permatex rubberized undercoating and it's in a blue spray can, it's a near perfect match to the factory frame wax on my 2500

I started just going over the spots with a tube of waterproof grease and a brush. Easy cheap fix.

^{Fluid Film is pretty popular here. I have used it on the same spots, (where the jack lands). Also on that cross member near the oil filter. They seem to rub the wax off when replacing the filter. So far so good. Watch out though - it's addicting when you get under there. I found all kinds of spots that I touched up before winter salt. Every weld that I could reach for example.}

The product is available from Daubert Chemical, and it is called Nox-Rust X-121B. It is available in aerosol cans.
