I'm between the carven tr and the black widow can't decide going on a 2014 ccsb 5.3.

I did a 3" pipe all the way back from the third cat with a carven r. It's got some growl. But not bad on the interstate. I'm happy with it for sure. The tr will be slightly quieter. If you are doing just a swap and keeping the vavlve and resonator you may want to think about the R serie

Resonator and valve will be deleted. Debating on cutting 3rd cat off then do true duals with an x pipe.

I haven't heard either of those, but I went with Corsa. Just put long tube headers on and it sounds amazing. Extremely loud though.

Carven mufflers sound great and are relatively inexpensive. I originally wanted a carven r series but ended up going with a Corsa setup. The only caveat with Corsa systems is you have to buy the complete cat back. If those are your only two options my vote goes for the carven.
