Definitely helps, thanks. Those are the ones I ordered. The male terminals appear to be integral to the HUD unit and switch. Did you ever find the manufacturer p/n for the HUD connector? I think I may have - https://www.mouser.com/Search/ProductDetail.aspx?R=1456987-5virtualkey57100000virtualkey571-1456987-5

The keyway looks right. It shows where the p/n should be on the connector, so I'll have to look at the service assembly I got from ACD to see if it's there.

Then again, may be not. Look at the keying on the one I know fits. Looking at the data sheet via the link to mouser, keying option D is the closest, but maybe not identical.

Comparing the photos, they look different. I hope your right because I haven't been able to find any Kaizen series connectors made by Yazaki. That's the problem, the upfitter says "YESC Kaizen" series and when I search for that, they all lead me back to the Yazaki manufacture with 0 stock. Then I come across another manufacture that makes the connector. It is really frustrating for sure.

what is the expected completed cost of this upgrade if you don't have the denali cluster already. Looking pretty expensive thus far.

Yep. I'll look into it. I've found that most 0.64 series terminals are the same. But let go back to my drawings.

The way I find these is by looking up manufacture data sheets/drawings. They typically disclose all part # variants.

This has been my finding also, I bought a roll of 100 for my tinkering and have found that they have fit in every connector so far that is using a smaller gauge wire.

Keying doesn't matter, just focus on the size and number of pins, get what you can and just cut the keys off to make it fit. Had to do the same thing on the ATC retrofit because I bought one connector type for three different key styles.

You know that old saying, "if you have to ask..." [emoji12]

This is easily a $1000 plus mod. It really depends on how much you pay for the cluster and whether it's used or not. One guy paid $150 for a used one, another paid $450 for a new one. Programming charges go up if the cluster is used so pick your poison.

The cool thing is, you can grab a cluster, have it programmed, and add the HUD at a later date. That was my plan initially, but I kinda want to help get this done.

Here's some exploded views of a Yukon Denali dash I got from my parts guy at the dealer.

Attempted to order the cluster visor with the HUD cutout in cocoa from GMPD, but was told they were on backorder with no ETA from GM. My parts guy found four at different dealers. Got one ordered. Should be here in a few days.

I also discovered there are different part numbers for the core dash support with and without HUD. I'm guessing one has mounting tabs welded on. Hopefully fitting in the dash won't be an issue, just securing it.

Oh, and the correct USB cable came in. Fits perfect in the HUD. I'll verify the cluster connection side when I get it back from Chris this week.

That's not a truck dash. That cluster visor pictured won't fit.

That's correct. I should of have clarified. I have a Yukon SLT. If I remember, I'll grab some of the truck next time I'm there.

That's awesome news! If you can get a lead on part #24 in the diagram, let me know. You're going to need it as well.

10-4. Already have it on order. There's different shades of the brushed aluminum part of the trim. We'll see if it matches.
