Adding assist handle

I have 2016 LT Z71 it came with the passenger side assist handle does anyone know if you can get the drivers side assist handle from GM and install it yourself ?

I bought mine off amazon and installed myself. 2015 Z71, shouldn't be any different.

Amazon and super easy to install. Factory GM part and looks exactly like the other side. I think I pad $35 or $40 bucks for it and literally took 10 minutes to install.
