Leveled Silverado w/ 34's - no rubbing

Hey guys, thought Id throw this up here just for informational purposes. Before getting these tires, I researched and researched and never was able to find multiple examples of a definitive answer as far as how big I could go with just a level.

So here ya go, hope this helps:

2015 LTZ Silverado 6.2

Stock GMC polished wheels (caps swapped with bow ties)

275/65r20 TOYO OPEN COUNTRY R/T

No rubbing at all in any direction under any circumstance. I am moving up from 275/60r20 bgf ko2s and I gotta tell ya, these tires ride significantly better with very minimal road noise and they look great. MPGs have taken a hit though, but I didnt get a truck with a corvette engine to get good MPGs.

Hope this helps anyone out there searching to see how big they can go under a leveled truck

Nice wheel / tire size combination. I like the look of larger rims without sacrificing too much tire sidewall! What was your level size? Your dog looks anxious to get the show on the road!

the level is a 2 inch level

I had 20s on the truck before but with the 275/60 the tire didnt look quite right aka not enough side wall. Going to the 275/65 made all the difference, they are def heavier I can feel it even with the 6.2. BUT the extra sidewall seems to have improved the ride quality. I was also worried about the 275 width, thinking it might look to skinny but It def doesnt with the Toyo RT

Did you have to zip tie your fender liner back? My tires rubbed a little bit but after zip ties it cleared without an issue. I have the 2inch level with a 3inch rear block, I like my truck having a little rake. Which might be the reason I rubbed slightly.

Just wanna make sure anyone looking to put this size on has multiple members experiences.

I changed my wheels to a +18 offset and now I rub my liner again guess I'm just gonna have to lift it.

The wheel offset for stock 20's is +27. Nice dog Iba and truck looks great!
