2016 Silverado Z71 cluster logo mod.

Hey guys.!

 

Here's a mod I did this weekend in case you're interested. Ever since I swap my Z71 cluster I wonder if the z71 logo could light up. It really bother me that at night I couldn't even see the logo. So I open the cluster up, scratched right around the Z71 and it totally worked.!! Here's a few pics

The picture is not really showing how perfectly the Z71 logo lights up, missing a bit of photo quality but it looks awesome!

If it's anything like when I upgraded my Trailblazer cluster to LED, you will have to pop off the gauge needles... I want to peek behind my cluster to change the color, but it's too new for me to want to do that yet..

16 and 17 don't light up, actually none do.I did my research.

Literally you just have to scratch the back film behind the logo and that it. It as simple as that.
