Passenger Pillar Without Handle????

I know this is a bit out of the norm. I'm big on symmetry and aesthetics. Since I lowered my truck 6/9 I really don't have a need for the grab handle on the passenger A-pillar. So my question is if there exists an A-pillar trim without the handle built in. I've looked thru all the part catalogs and was also trying to see if maybe the Tahoes or Yukons had one that could swap. I've had no luck. If anyone has an idea or part number I would greatly appreciate it.

I understand your thoughts on symmetry and aesthetics. I think you may have to add a grab handle to the driver's side to achieve the balance you desire.

The unbalanced asymmetry is artsy. Creates a healthy tension. Does match the vertical view, with the single-side exhaust exit. Awesome match to the lowered stance.

Plus, it's what ya got.

I agree with DonStar, I added a grab handle to my driver side and it looks great. Matches on both side.

This was one of the first additions to my 2017 Sierra SLT. I am bothered that most manufacturers sell their 1/2 ton trucks with both as standard equipment, but not GM.

Ha yep had my truck for a little over a month. Mine is being installed tomorrow. Glad I joined this forum I wouldn't have know that I can actually get one for the driver's side. Now will look for one for the wife's 15 Explorer. I don't get why they just put it on the passenger side only......sheit I'm 5' 2" wife if 5' lol we need it.

Symmetry, schmimietry....artsy, fartsy, bah. Driver's side handle helps to haul my fat a$$ into the seat without tugging on the steering wheel!

Since there is no factory item available. I was planning on doing a suede headliner when I do my leather interior so I'll probably just cut off and remold the passenger pillar and wrap in matching suede. Was just trying to be lazy and find an easier option. Thanks everyone.

You could always see if there is one made for export vehicles to certain countries with the steering wheel on the right.
