Faint thumping at low speeds , mostly in reverse ? Any thoughts ?

I'm getting a not super loud thumping when reversing. Happens in drive too when less then 10 mph. I have a 1' level on 305/22 so I do rub on sway bar but this is a on again off again thumping at low speeds .. could it be my suspension ? I thought it was coming from the rear but now not so sure.

No its for sure not the steering wheel clicking. My 14 had that , so I'm well versed in what that sounds like. Sounds like maybe from rear end ?

No I didn't mean your steering rack. I mean does the noise occur when your reversing and your wheel is turned, such as pulling out of your driveway onto the street or out of a parking space?

Yes for the most part that seems to be the case. 90% of the time.

Its your tires rubbing on your sway bar and/or fenders. Clunk clunk is the tire tread nubs

I know for sure I rub sway bar at full tilt but the thumping seems to still be there without being fully turned. I have to check it out under the truck now. Thanks for idea though

It does sound like the leafs actually. Today I was very gently leaning pushing kicking the leaf springs and heard the clunking, knocking.

Question is does my 1' level have anything to do with this ?

Nothing can really be done with this noise. Been thousands of complaints about this and everything that could be be done at the dealership has been done with no avail. There's a work around on here about adding some rubber to the pads. Otherwise, this won't be fixed at the dealer. Replacing the springs and greasing them doesn't work for long.

I've posted on this issue before as well. You are definitely not alone. It happens to me when I leave for work (backing out of my driveway), when I leave for lunch (backing out of my parking spot), and backing out to leave work. I have to hear that popping sound at least 3 times a day and it drives me crazy. No fix known at this time.
