17 Silverado sitting sideways

My truck is noticeably sitting sideways, I measured and the left rear is sitting an inch and a quarter lower than the right. Is it an issue with the leaf springs? Or what else can be the problem?

Welcome to this forum. You will find several threads on this topic commonly referred to as the Chevy lean. Most recently there was a related thread complaining about a bent frame. Take your truck to your dealer and see if they have a solution/explanation for your concern. I did this with my truck and found that my driveway isn't flat but my truck is fine!

My 2016 leans too, some say its because the fuel tank is on the driver side. Yes, mine is leaning on the driver side.

Weird, I just thought I was going crazy all this time, but mine DOES lean to the driver's side a bit. Always just thought it was me being too critical. Guess not.
