2017 Aluminum Winch Bumpers

Hi All,  I have a 2017 1500 4 door short bed with a 6" BDS lift and 35" x 20"'s.   It is my 1st Chevy but I have owed and modified many Jeeps prior.  I am looking for a company that will do a simple Aluminum front bumper with a winch and some LED locations.  It is proving to be impossible to find short of a massive bull bar toting "Ranch" vehicle.  Finding one for a Jeep is relatively easy but all I keep finding for the Chevy is big, over weight steel pieces......any leads would be appreciated

If you find one, please let us now. I have had the same situation they are all huge and ungainly. They’re also super expensive

If you can bear the price they have a good looking product. Way too much for me though.

 

Edit: Oops just realized you need one for a 16+. Mybad.

Have you researched local "aluminum fabricators"?  I'd take my ideas to such a shop and see what they can offer.  You may find you can get a superior product that looks exactly the way you want.

will do.  I want light weight.  i love my stock front bumper but want some LED cubes and a winch without adding 500lbs of dead weight to my front end

I run a shipyard and have unlimited fabricators.  My problem is design.   I want it to be strong enough to hold a winch but as light and as small as possible.  I am reluctant to let my guys "wing it".  I have thought of ordering a bumper I like....patterning it, then sending it back!  lol.....

Have to say. My bumper I ordered albeit not a winch bumper was lighter than the stock bumper. So you're probably not changing weight that much other than the winch and the winch box.

where did you get you bumper?  I never really took into account the weight of the stock bumper.  Thanks for the info.   I am considering modifying the stock bumper somehow to keep the lines......  Send a pic of you bumper if you can please

I’d love to see what you find, if and when you find it. I’ve been looking for a winch mount (doesn’t need to be a bumper) for a 2018 Yukon XL Denali. I have the additional issue of having parking sensors in the stock bumper that I don’t want to lose, so the simpler mount I can get, the better. I already have a 12,000 lb Superwinch I want to use. But as far as I can tell, nobody makes a front winch mount for this truck, aluminum steel, adamantium or anything else at all
