Correct. My 2017 LT has factory NAV. It’s RPO, IO6

As far as XM weather goes, I refuse to pay them more money for it. You can install the weather channel app directly on the mylink system and it does everything the XM weather does including hourly, multi day forecast and radar. And it’s free.

I did switch to the unlimited (for additional reasons as well) however, gets throttled after X amount of data.   GPS uses a large amount.

I went on the link... I see nothing listed that say they offer Native Navigation.   Only the Onstar Navigation.   The IO6 simply says Navigation but that is the EU1 (ONStar Nav).  No?   Per the dealer  and parts/service this is true.   I'll grab my build sheet in the AM and confirm.

The columns on there are the trim levels.  Stay in the 1LT and 2LT columns, and then go down till you see IO6.  You will see an "A" in the box for 1LT and 2LT trims, which means available.  Nav has been available on LT trim 2014-2018 trucks since they started production.

Here’s how it looks on the sticker and build sheet.

On page 2 they list UE1 also, which references the onstar service (5 year basic, 3 months of everything)

Yep... I have that listed and the Nav is OnStar ONLY.    No Native Nav.

So for the sake of clarity, you are saying your truck has I06 option per your glove box build sticker and the window sticker  shows the $495 option.

Sounds like the OP just doesn’t have the option. It was definitely available on 2017 LT’s.

If that’s your build sheet and window sticker, it sounds like something is wrong. I06 is most definitely what you’re looking for if you want nav without CarPlay or onstar being required. Is it possible the nav icon is on a second page of apps, by chance?

If you have I06, I’d be talking to my dealer right away. The RPO is the same for a high country as an LT. if it has i06, it should have navigation.

Just got off phone with xm,it will not work because I do not have built  in nav. Bummer.

I can understand if the Traffic part of it doesn't work without the Nav but the Weather part should work fine (it's a separate app and icon on the screen).  The only reason I can see needing Nav to use the Weather is for it to get your location but I think you can enter that into the app.
