Looking to do a light bar behind the grill but I have the active shutters. Are there any low profile ones that fit without modding the shutters.

Same here! 

I didn’t see a good way to mount a light bar between grill and shutters either!

Might have to cut my lower valance and recess a 10” light bar under front license plate.... idk.

You have options 

 

page 4 of this thread shows how to eliminate the shutters and keep the CEL off

I wanna keep it as factory looking as possible and not mess with the active shutters. I have a plan I’m putting together. I ordered a 42in curved single row light bar 210w. I’m going to measure and make brackets and power coat them and mount it right under the front bumper where it contours up in the middle. I think it will fit pretty good. I am going to do a custom harness to match the factory wiring. I also got on the way a OEM light switch with the off road Light button so we will see. I will

A couple of different Rough Country employees have told me they are working on a lightbar kit for trucks with active shutters.  I'll believe it when I see it though.

Yea I will to I started a chat with them yesterday and asked about the active shutters. His response was No that was it.

Any news on any lightbar that works with the shutters?

Nothing that I have found other then remove/modify or install individual smaller bars between the grills.

Has anyone found a slim 30" or > bar that could possibly fit with some alternative mounting? I was looking at the Baja Designs bars and think some might just fit with out any mods to the shutters, just in the mounting fab. 30" x 3" x 1.6" seems easy to work with. The deminsions seem like it could be possible.
