Did anybody figure this out for the 2019s? On my old truck there was already a footwell light but it was just a tiny bulb and only on the driver side. I added LEDs to both side and just used the existing wire. That worked great. Would love to add footwell LEDs to my Trail Boss that work with the dome lights.

I'm working on it today. I'll find the right wires and report back. I got the 1st part done with wiring this into the accessory power.

Yep.

I figured it out.

As for the dome light I found the right wire in the harness that gives me the positive output that I need as well.   Pin 10 on the forward most BCM Connector.  2nd Gray wire.

I have that marked and ready for the rest of the install.

In order to use this Kit how I want, I had to order a couple of set's of relays. Cost 10 bucks for these relays and all of the parts will be here on Weds.  I will assemble, bench test it Thursday and get it installed on Saturday morning.  I will have photos of everything after I get the wiring completed.

It sounds complicated but it really isn't.  Just need an hour of time to wire everything up offline before getting back in the dash to install everything.

More to come this weekend!

Can anyone tell me if they found an accessory powered fuse in the passenger side fuse panel. I have tested everything there and everything is hot. Even the open spots.

Edit: Found it thanks

Yes

There is only one slot that is switched.

It's the spade to the left of the 50 amp circuit breaker.

Top right of this picture.

You have to use a spade connection to grab it and split it off from there.

Add an inline fuse and your good to go.e7eb2a7e74c3b41fd2cf50aea95b32e6.jpg

what triggers this on/off? or is this just a constant 12v w/ ignition on?

It's accessory power.

When the ignition is in Accessory mode or running that pin is powered.

Did you by chance stumble on the dome light fuse? I ideally wanted power only when the dome lights are on.

Pin 10 on the forward most BCM Connector.  2nd Gray wire.

It's also in the passenger side A Pillar from what I have been told, but I haven't had time to tear into it quite yet. That's Saturday mornings plan before I head to the muffler shop to get some more bottom end on this truck.

Sorry.... I just realized you posted that before. Been a long week!

I not sure where to look for the BCM connector, can you help me out?
