Intellibeam headlights

My Intellibeam doesn't function at all.  Worked in my last truck (Escalade EXT) but it has never worked on this one (Premium Plus SLT so it is equipped).  I guess I will have the dealer fix it on the first oil change; not an option of great importance to me.

Do you have it turned on?
It's not necessarily on from the factory if someone had it turned off already.....

Make sure you have it turned on. There should be an icon in the rpm gauge that lights up green with a small “A” in it when the system is active.

With the headlights in AUTO (when it's dark out), push your turn signal forward (to lock on the HIGHs), and then instantly pull it back to its neutral state.  This will turn them ON/OFF.  OH, and they do NOT work if the fogs are on, with LOWs.

Push turn signal (multi function) forward twice fairly quick, then back towards you once. You should see the icon come on, bottom left side of the tach.

I just went out to my truck and that worked - though I thought I tried that before (following the owner's manual).  I miss having just the dedicated button for the feature.
