Does anyone know with the GM Part #  84789804 Cold Air Intake if the filter media can be washed and reused or not.  The instructions say to replace the filter with a new one part number 84428120 every 20K miles.  Every other dry media CAI is washable.  These filters are hard to find and expensive..

Need some advice.  Have A 2019 Sierra 1500 Denali w/ 6.2.  Can’t decide between the Borla Touring system or the S-Type.  Don’t really want to wake up my neighbors in the AM every day.  Also what would be the best CAI to use?  Thanks for any help on the subject.

GM Performance and Borla Touring are the same.  S-Type is louder.  I have GM Performance CAI and exhaust on my Trail Boss w/ 6.2.  When I start her up she has a decent bark and rumble until she I either put my truck in D or it's up to temp.  I've asked my neighbors if my truck is loud at startup.  They said they don't even hear it.

Looking to replace exhaust on a 2019 Sierra Denali w/ 6.2.  Should I put on the Borla Touring or the S-Type system.  Don’t want it too loud but also want to hear it.   Also, what CAI would you recommend?

Thanks for the help.

If you put in the GM CAI do you have to get the ECM flashed?  The other brands don’t require a flash?  Just wondering.

 Thanks

When I purchased the GM CAI, the directions stated that it had to be flashed by the dealer and there was a code in with it that the dealer used.

If you don't get it flashed you could end up with a CEL
