2014 transmission shudder

Well my truck has a shudder when in high gears, it's like hitting the rumble strip, rpm fluxuates 100 or so

150k miles on it all maintenance was done 

Dealer says needs a new transmission

This truck was hardly worked

I've owned gm since 1975 very dissatisfied and disappointed with lack of concern

Just letting you know after calling around to different dealers, GM knows that issues begin with some transmission  around 120k

4500$ repair and only a 50k warranty, shows their level of confidence
