2018 z71 silverado vs 2018 all terrain

hey guys... new here... looking to buy one of these 2 trucks this week and was looking for some advice.. truck 1 is a 2018 silverado double cab ltz z71  fully loaded.. 6.2 black lpo 22's also has the chevy performance brembos... sticker is 60,500 and the dealer will let it go for 46k plus tax ect etc... truck 2 is a 2018 sierra all terrain slt... sticker on that one is 52500 and they are letting that one go for 38,000 plus tax tags....is the silverado worth another 8k?  is that a good price for either trucks???? any input helps ... thanks !

In my opinion it is nicer and better trim. Also better resale value. The 6.2 has what a 8speed...and the brakes are pretty but over rated I would rather have the wilwood kit if that is your desire. And a 4k difference. Can buy nice upgrades.

What does the GMC have for "extras", options compared to the Chevy? Resale is resale, more options, more value.

If the AT is also a 6.2, get that.  Otherwise I'd get the Chevy.

At is a 5.3.  For extras the at just has the all terrain package navi and a bed cover. ... chevy has the 6.2. Big brake kit z71 nav. Black 22's. 6 spike rims. All weather may package. Has the air conditioned seats. And ltz plus package.

One thing I never liked about the K2 All Terrain is you can't get ventilated seats. That was enough to stop me from buying one. They are good looking trucks though.

If both are 6.2’s I’d definitely get the GMC, is a much prettier truck

Oh well that changes things. I would get the Silverado. But if it was a 8speed I may still hesitate.

Sounds like a good price (Chevy) for a pretty loaded up truck. You will really like the 6.2.

6.2 only comes with the 8 speed. My 18 has been very good so far, none of the issues of prior years.
