I'm having same issues just purchased 2020 1500 lt Duramax. Pulling a 2009 jayco 26bh

completely bottoms out the suspension with the truck empty. Bought a 10000lb weight distribution hitch and having exact same issues. Remeasured everything 3 times tried setting hitch up for Max weight 1000lb tongue and it still can't compensate for the excessive sag. My 2016 1500 didn't have any issues at all nor the newer f150 the previous camper owner was using. I really really like this truck but there's definitely something wrong with the rear suspension.

Just got done at the scales 800# tongue weight picked up some airbags to take out most of the squat going to use equalizer to finish the job now that I know I'm under weight limits must be really soft springs or they forgot to add a leaf lol

I tow about 8500# boat with my 6.2 AT4 on stock suspension. I added sumosprings blue without the spacer and fixed the issue without ride quality change unloaded and cheaper/less complex than bags. I put them on yesterday in about 20 minutes and completed a 300mile tow last night. wasn't blinding oncoming traffic like previously. nice and level. cheers.

Tongue weight on my trailer is over 800, and with the WD hitch, I'm level.  That also includes the bed filled with two large ice chests, bbq, outdoor oven, propane tank, sat dish, pop-up and chairs.

I have the exact same issue with my 2019 AT4 6.2 w/10speed, 750 lbs on the tongue and it dropped almost 3”. I initially thought maybe it was the hitch or equalizer bars not carrying the weight properly. I adjusted the hitch according to manufactures recommendations with proper height adjustment and that was not the problem for sure.
I installed some super springs but they didn’t help as much as I wished they would’ve. Squat went from 3” to approximately 2-1/2”
Also with super springs they don’t fit quite right with the suspension on the right side, I have rub marks on the muffler and the frame (from the bolts/bracketing on the super springs) Contacted super springs service department and then they had me take pics and send them to the engineering department and they suggested I move them forward 2-3” but they will just settle out back to centre over time.

GMC has dropped the ball on the AT4 suspension big time!!

What is the payload rating on the door for the people having issues with sag? I’ve seen ranges from 1000-1900 which all still technically allow for 930lbs on the hitch, but I’m sure would handle the hitch weight differently based on the payload.
