I would say so. The trucks are probably shipped to the dealer without them on, and the dealer likely didn’t snap one on all the way when doing the prep. They should be willing to make it right, if not, force them.

Dealer is ordering a cap for me I tried to pull one of the others off to get a part # I think you might have to pull the wheel to get them off they list for $54.00 !

Don’t know only had about 150 miles on it wasn’t installed properly.

Can't pull off like a regular hubcap.

 

Looks like the wheel covers I had on a Chrysler product.......8 decorative plastic "nuts" unscrew from the wheel lugs as it sits on the ground and release the "hubcap" to expose the 8 actual metal nuts securing the wheel which are underneath the cap.
