‘99 Sierra 1500 with ~ 200k miles. Crazy to buy?

Looking at the below truck this week. Want it as a fly fishing vehicle, haul wood for projects/build, make some runs into town, etc. Already have a daily driver. I have some mechanical ability and don’t have an issue putting money into something that will last. Thoughts on this one? I know it’s hard to tell without driving it, seeing underneath. Any tips on “walk away” items I should look for with these trucks? Thanks in advance!

I always look for replacement items, maintenance stuff,or was it just driven till a money issue showed up,one thing I also do is have it scanned,make sure all monitors are complete,lots of people clear codes,so you don't see a check engine light,but it will show up within a few drive cycles,yno ,right after you buy it
