 Hi forgive me if this has been covered I'm new . Does anyone have the blueprints for a 2004 regular cab 8 foot bed chevy pickup? What im looking to do is mount my 1972 on newer running gear so I'm hoping to find plans for both to start layout for cab and bed mounting points. Old wrapping paper on newer running gear is the thought.

Seen it done but no schematic from me. Last person I saw do it used the floor pans from the newer rig and fire wall and welded it all into the old sheet metal. Looked really nice and took a lot of work. Good luck on the build.

maybe google for upfitter diagrams.  I recall seeing some dimensioned diagrams of the frame, but don't recall where.  Might also be in the full-service manual.

Mitchell and others publish body and frame specs for use by body shops, even for the older models. The newer specs should be in the upfitter diagrams.
