Bed View Camera Capabilities?

I was really wishing GM would add the Technology Package to the GMC Sierra "SLT" models (currently only available with Denali and AT4 models). The Technology Package provides Rear Camera Mirror, Bed View Camera and HD Surround Vision. The HD Surround Vision assists in parking a larger vehicle by showing parking lines\curbs, etc on the center display.

 

Unfortunately, only the Bed View Camera option is available on SLT models. The Bed View Camera option is described as "Allows driver to see inside cargo bed". For anyone that has the Bed View Camera on their truck have you discovered additional capabilities with this option?

You can add the rear camera mirror without much issue, just pricey.

I wish their cameras and monitors worked better. They should be crystal clear but they are pixelated like old tech. My wifes 2015 Nissan has a way better screen than my 2019 Chevy.

The camera mirror is excellent quality, but yeah, the rest of them aren’t very good at all.
