If the truck has the original size tires on it and the spare is what came with the truck, yes.

The OEM spare tire should be nearly the same, if not identical size, as your other tires. regardless of the rim size, the outside diameter is all that matters.

You should be able to drive with it in 4WD without issues temporarily. But when you eventually fix your flat, make sure to replace any tires that have worn out tread, you don't want to be driving around with a bunch of mismatched tires for long, or you will need 4 new ones.

Can I use a spare donut tire for my truck in 4wd because it’s snowing ? 2015 Chevy Silverado

Your truck has a full size spare correct?

"Donut Spare" is the term that is used for the space saver spares in cars.

If your spare is smaller than the other tires, the answer is no.

check now, before you need to use the spare.  Either note down the two size sizes, or just roll the spare up to one of the wheels on the truck.  The spare should be just a little taller than the installed tire (to allow for a little tire squat), or should have a diameter that is very close.

If the diameter of one of the wheels is significantly different than the others, then, when you drive in 4wd on a surface with good traction, it is VERY hard the drivetrain, as that wheel will be forced to rotate at the same RPM as the other three wheels.
