same here has happened twice, turned off truck opened door then restarted truck fixes it, its a xm radio glitch imo

That factory infotainment unit is the issue, that's why I threw out there an aftermarket radio with XM capabilities, then you won't keep having this issue   It's the factory stuff that is shitty and having the issues and doesn't seem to be very much attention towards fixing them from GMs part.

Mine does this Occasionally, I go in to settings, then running applications, then force stop on the XM app and then the app starts right back up immediately and works.

Mine as well...I just play my own music from phone most of the time anyway.

Interestingly, I have noticed that when the sat radio signal is lost, my OnStar won't connect either.  Can someone else confirm this on their truck?
