Anyone replace this wimpy horn in our Sierra’s with a train horn?

Curious what’s good and would love pics of your install...

I'm considering swapping mine out with something stronger too, not a train horn, but I'm curious to see what others have done

I would love a train horn but not at the expense of losing my spare tire for it.

Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black...

Blowing the horn making me the bad driver? Clever. You’re on your game today! Watch out for this guy

I just bought the Horn Blasters https://hornblasters.com/collections/train-horn-kits/products/hornblasters-shocker-s6-5485-nightmare-edition-train-horn-kit. Its unbelievably loud. Pretty quick recovery time considering. Cant hear the compressor over my Supercharger so its no nuisance. Bad drivers hate it though. :)

Holy hell, nice setup... but I'm not looking to spend that kinda coin. Maybe putting train horn in wasn't a great idea on my part. I would just like a louder, beefier horn that the one that's factory.

Holy hell is right.  Reading the "Warnings and Notices" on this product really makes me wonder how there could be any sort of a demand for such a product.  I can imagine some potential use on remote single lane mountain logging roads to warn others you are coming 'round the bend but...     I could count on one hand the number of times in the past few years that I've used my horn and it was heard every time. ?

It's about being REALLY heard, LOL

That’s exactly what I use mine for! I am a logger myself and make wide turns on single lane roads to warn people I’m coming down the mountain when I come. Imagine Black Dog but with a 1500 GMC. Needless to say... they hear me.
