Is it possible to remove a LFA motor in a Hybrid and replace with a LQ4 or LQ9 ?

Not really, I think you'd have to replace the transmission too and even then would need lots of reflashing done to get the various systems to talk to each other and have your instrument cluster work right, not to mention your navigation display.  Besides, those are Gen III motors, you have Generation IV, the L96, L9H, L94, LMG, LC9 with their 6-speeds might work but boy, you'd probably need a donor truck, quite an undertaking and probably less expensive to keep the Hybird system going unless you sell it.

From what I've read in the full-service manual for my truck ('04 sierra) and how it talks about the hybrid version, it's not just flopping in the engine & transmission, but also most of the wiring harnesses are different as well.

 

Donor truck is definitely the way to go, as buying the parts individually will get expensive very quickly...
