Convenience Package on the LT TB would give you the fold down armrest in back. Convenience Package w/ Buckets would give you the cup holders on the back of the console too.

 

Or you can buy a Custom and complain about the lack of storage instead, always a popular choice here.

yeah, it kills me when so many people complain about their Custom or Custom Trail Boss in here. It’s like they don’t do research before they buy a vehicle. I get, you want a cooler looking vehicle but at what point does it matter what your vehicle looks like if it doesn’t function for you. OP should have bought a RST or LT.

That is how I ended up with an AT4 - on Trail Boss, I could not get cooled seats, 6.2L engine, rear cupholders, amongst other things so I moved on to AT4 where I got all the things I wanted.  I understand at a cost as it was a more expensive truck.

I know, that’s why I said LT or RST.
 

Sounds like for your budget you’re gonna need to compromise somewhere. Either on the orange, or on the lifted truck, or on the interior. Since you’re bothered by the lack of cup holders in the back of the Custom, I feel like there’s going to be a ton more stuff up front you’re really not going to be happy with.

 

It has played out over and over and over here in the last year and a half. People driving themselves crazy to add a console lid that actually opens(!), or steering wheel radio controls (can’t be done), or a cluster screen that can be controlled by something other than a little knob sticking out of the cluster itself. Buy what you want though, just giving you a different side of things that costs no more money at all...

And this is exactly why when I get a new truck it will be an AT4 over a LT Trail Boss as well. Even though I like the way the TB looks better.

They both have the ventilated seats available. 

Currently, optional on LTZ, Std on HC, optional on SLT, std on AT4 and Denali

Oh, well that’s good then. Chevy has cooled seats but on their LTZ and High Country. I like the monochromatic look so Trail Boss and RST would be the Chevy’s I would want but I won’t buy one without cooled seats. I have swass issues.

In terms of the factory 2" lift, sure, but in terms of features, I would guess the AT4 will be between the LTZ and the HC while the CTB will be between the Sierra base and SLE and the LT TB will be between the Elevation and SLT.

vinyl wrap the friggen grill or spend thousands upgrading interior....orange is an odd choice for any make or brand.

 

the custom TB is bad choice for the money(almost bought one)….its just common sense...
