2016 2.8 duramax transmission shudder at low speed/parked

Anybody help me out in figuring why my transmission shudders at low to no speed while in gear and even sometimes when it is not in gear.  Possibly be low trans fluid? 73,000 miles on it and far as I know it hasn’t had the transmission serviced. 
 

I've read about problems with transmission shudder on the 8 speeds but this is a 6 speed. Do they have the same issue?
