Im sorry to hear that. I've loved everything about them. Ive had nothing but great service from them. They were great. I would try calling their customer service line first thing in the am if possible. I get right in or I  deal with my original guy from the get go. Ive purchased running boards, intake and wheels/tires through them without issue. Same with my father in laws trailboss upgrades.

What ive found out, is their site will allow you to purchase but it isnt always in stock. I always call to double check stock beforehand.

If it was cheaper on Amazon, why didn't you just order from there in the first place?

Because when I ordered It 1 month before it wasn’t $250 cheaper on Amazon. RealTruck was cheaper at that time.

Strange. Ordered my Retrax tonneau cover from them on a Thursday. Wasn’t supposed to get it until Monday and I got it on Saturday instead.

 

My one and only time using them was a positive experience.

Broken clocks are correct 2x a day.....  ?

Lol. Had two other local guys order the same thing from them in the last month with no problems either. Not saying that OP is wrong. Obviously something is wrong with all the negative reviews on here and other places.

If I had ordered just a tonneau cover (Bakflip MX4), that was in stock,  I would not have had any issues as I received it within 1-week.....

The Havoc steps is what started all the issues. 

 

What company charges you in full when the order is placed? They had my money for 6-weeks with no shipment. 

That is just plain wrong.....

Look at the link that was thrown out a few post back. They seem to have been having some major issues this last month or two. I can understand shipping times have been off but not by weeks or months and certainly not making customers jump through hoops to even talk to someone says everything that at least i would need to know, to never spend a penny with this place.

I was able to get ahold of customer service and cancel my order. They will contact me when I am credited in 3-5 days. What I ordered they did not have in stock. They had to contact the 3rd party vendor to make sure it had not been shipped yet. It’s a messed up place. Will never attempt to buy from again

Same experience here. Broken parts, terrible customer service. Had to dispute through Paypal to get any resolution. 

 

The SAD part is, Gator is the in-house brand for Realtruck and actually have decent stuff.

I ordered a S & B intake from them last Friday, got confirmation # but it still hasn't been shipped. I am on the live chat with them right now, someone was supposed to have called on Monday but never did about my Putco door sills.  Really starting to think this company has some major issues.

 

I always order from Autoanything but they are not offering the S & B intake right now for 2019 and above. Autoanything has always gotten me there products within 3 to 5 days.

 

The agent just said they get them directly from S & B and they take 7 to 14 days??  My last one only took 4 days from Autoanything. I will keep you guys posted on how long it takes. 

 

Still not happy with them on my door sills, because the agent told me the Putco sills said Silverado on them, and they did not. Even Putco's website states Silverado logo is written on seals.  I should have sent them back but didn't want to mess with the hassle of returning them. It's not a huge issue, but when you ask the agent if it has the logo, and she responds yes, then it should have them. That's poor customer service in my book.

I ordered the door sills directly from Putco and they didn't seem to know either....

Mine had a Chevy emblem, which is fine but not what was advertised. 

Here's what was stated and below is what I got........."2020 Silverado 1500 Door Sill Plates, Black with Silverado Script Logo "
