Not a truck but this is how gm customer care is treating their own employees for their cheap paint.

Had the same peeling happen to my steering wheel accent. Dealer replaced part under warranty but now it's loose, almost like the tab hole on the steering wheel is damaged.

I had no idea the trucks would dechrome themselves if I just waited longer! maybe I shouldn't have spent so much time and money removing all the chrome!

I had the same issue back in December. Dealer looked at it and ordered me a new one to install.

Crap water based paints sprayed terribly thin along with rust belt states using that pretreat crap is just a bad combo imo. The part i dont understand is why is it not fully covered, he is well within his original manufacture warranty which does cover defects or paint and trim issues.

I just noticed mine last night are peeling on my 2020 AT4, good to know that this is a known issue, I will take it to the dealership and see what they have to say.

Same issues started on my 2020. It is peeling on the Grill and the fog lights. I’m contacting the dealer in the morning.
