On my 2019 hard loaded SLT,  I originally had the driver's door handle button set to where it would only unlock the driver's door. Numerous times, I would use the button to unlock the driver's door and open that door and maybe set something on the console, then need to open the still locked driver's side rear door with the driver's door still open. Press the rear handle button...and no unlock. I would have to either unlock on the key fob or manually press the unlock button on the driver's door. That is a tiny little thing, but it just shows another quirk of the system.

Anyway, love the truck, no major complaints just some quirks i'm finding as i spend more time behind the wheel.  

I thought most cargo light switches had 3 positions: off, on when door is open and on. Is that not the case with these trucks?

Do you have a 2019/2020? Because I have a 2019. And I, along with others who own the same year models, have noticed the remote start AC running at the same setting it was set to before the truck shut off. You’d think that GM would have it go off of environmental conditions but they DID remove the ability to unlock the truck from the rear doors (present on the 2019 models) from the 2020 models.
 
In other words: GM is pretty damn dumb when it comes to this stuff.

Mine doesn’t remote start at the last setting. It goes based off of temp outside then when I press the start button when I’m inside the truck it goes to my last setting. 2020

Mine will only do last setting. Which stinks mid afternoon. I pull into work and it is cool, so I have the AC fan on the lowest setting. In the afternoon it is 100 degrees outside and when I remote start, the AC is still on low fan speed. ugh!!

I have a 2020 LTZ and no rear door handle buttons.

Very disappointing GM would offer and then take out buttons on the LTZ trim. On the Lower Chevy trims i can understand but Truly money greedy move.
