AIR conditioner compressor

AIR con dition on 2014 gmc blows cold but doesnt cycle on and off is this normal ? dont want to damage it.

Could you give more details about your truck? Model, trim level, auto system or manual?  Are you talking about the compressor, or the system working in the truck?

iam talking about the compressor it stays on but dosent cycle it blows cold it is a 2014 gmc sierra sle thanks for the response

normal, mine runs all the time when i have the a/c on
